We had the pleasure of having Blush Baking Co. create the cakes for our wedding. Joanna really knocked this out of the park. We were looking for something very unique and inline with our wedding theme. We decided on three cakes that would have a designs that looked like logs on the forest floor. She decorated them with edible moss, mushrooms, flowers, and bark. They were really outstanding and tasted wonderful. The guests loved them! She even made one as Gluten Free, for those that needed it. She worked with our florists to help set the scene and it all came together wonderfully. She was very easy to work with and her work was high quality. We highly recommend her. Thanks Joanna for creating something really extraordinary for us!
I have known Joanna for years and I knew that, if I ever got married, she would be our only choice for a cake. We initially planned a very small micro wedding and during the planning, she was incredibly responsive and gracious. We ended up pivoting to an even smaller celebration, so I ended up cancelling all of our plans for desserts. Once our new plans were finalized, my mom reached out and worked with Joanna based off of my notes I'd taken earlier in the planning process to create the most perfect, delicate, colorful and DELICIOUS cake we've ever had. My husband is a sucker for anything that involves peanut butter and boy, did Joanna deliver--please see the last picture for evidence of our lack of willpower. We cannot be more grateful for her vision, talent and generosity.
Joanna is simply the best! I met her within the wedding industry when I used her for a styled shoot. I am so thankful she agreed to work with me then because now I have my official cake and sweets girl. I have hired Joanna for my daughters birthday parties and I will always choose Blush Baking Co for all our special events. I also own The Ivy Rose Barn and I recommend Joanna to all of our couples. She is wonderful to work with. Not only do her cakes and desserts look beautiful they taste amazing! Highly recommend and she won’t disappoint!
Joanna is incredible! She's so professional, great at communicating, and is very, very talented. Our wedding cake was delicious (salted caramel!) and it was absolutely gorgeous. She incorporated our wedding colors perfectly. And, the dessert bar was a huge hit with our guests. She was also able to accommodate our gluten free guests, which was much appreciated. I can't recommend Blush Baking enough!
We couldn't have asked for anything more phenomenal than the cake and cupcakes Joanna made for our wedding! They tasted great, looked gorgeous, and she made everything about the process so easy, which is a big deal when everything else is going crazy with wedding planning! Blush Baking Co. made the dessert for my daughter's wedding last month, and we are SO happy we chose her as a vendor! Joanna helped my daughter design a dessert table for the reception, and every recommendation she had was spot on. Not only were the cake and all the mini sweets delicious, but they were beautifully displayed too. She really brought my daughter's vision to life and was so nice throughout the entire planning process. The guests are still raving about how amazing everything tasted. Our cake was so gorgeous and exactly what I asked for with my many different thoughts and ideas. Joanna is very organized and such a sweetheart! I’ve had a few weddings with her as a fellow vendor and it’s always a joy to see her. She also gave me an anniversary tier when I saw her a year later at an event around our anniversary!

We cannot recommend Blush Baking Co. enough! Joanna’s baking is truly unmatched. One of the very first things that caught my eye when I walked into our reception space was our stunning wedding cake. I had sent Joanna an inspiration photo, and she brought my vision to life perfectly. The cake was absolutely identical to the photo and more beautiful than I could have imagined. But as incredible as it looked, it tasted even better. During our cake tasting, we loved so many of the flavors that we couldn’t choose just one, so we decided to add cake shooters to our dessert table as well. It was one of the best decisions we made! Joanna also created a beautiful dessert bar featuring brownies, cookies, and her famous cake shooters. Everything was absolutely delicious. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night telling us it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. In fact, we barely had any leftovers to take home because everything was such a huge hit! Beyond her incredible talent as a baker, Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, kind, responsive, and genuinely excited to help us create the perfect wedding cake and dessert display while staying within our budget. Her passion for what she does shines through in every detail.
